Sales Representative for B2B – Projects, Architects & Property Owners
- Location: Malmö/Jägersro
- Employment Type: Full-time, fixed salary + commission
Hill Ceramic is now looking for an experienced and driven B2B sales representative who is ready to take the next step in their career with a growth company in tiles, ceramics, and bathroom furnishings.
About the Position
You will play a key role in our initiative for proactive engagement with construction projects, property owners, and architects. Your focus will be on developing existing business and building new long-term relationships with customers in Sweden and Denmark.
Your work will be based in our new modern premises in Jägersro, Malmö. You will bring your previous experience and existing network within the industry. Over the years, you have built relationships with architects, construction companies, and property owners, and you know how to identify the right projects and make contact at the right time.
The work is a combination of proactive field sales and strategic inside sales via our digital quotation system, where we collect quotation requests from both Sweden and Denmark.
We already have a strong flow of incoming leads, but it is primarily through your own contacts, knowledge, and business acumen that you drive the business all the way to completion with the help of the team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of sales experience
- Has an established network in the construction industry: architects, construction companies, property developers
- Is accustomed to working project-based, preferably from inquiry to closure
- Is self-driven, business-minded, and goal-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with significant personal responsibility
- Has good system skills and is used to working structured with CRM, quotation management, and follow-up
- You should ideally be a digital senior who wants to share experiences, knowledge, and the desire to develop together with the team.
- Lives in Malmö or the surrounding area and has the ability to work on-site in Malmö
